Skills your second brain can run, as plain files. Download the folder once, drop it into your vault, and your AI has a menu of jobs it knows how to do. New skills ship weekly on this page; your own copy pulls them in when you ask.

How it works, in 3 steps
  1. Download once. Put these files in a skills/ folder inside your second brain. _INDEX.md is the menu; your AI reads it every time, one line per skill. The skill files open only when a trigger matches. Small index, detail on demand.
  2. Let the weekly review feed it. After your weekly review, the AI checks the index against the week you actually had and offers at most one matching skill. One, not five.
  3. It grows. The library here gets a new skill most weeks, each with a video. The library-update skill diffs this page's index against your local copy and reports what is new.

morning-brief.md Calendar, email and today's priorities in one brief under 200 words. Read only, runs on a schedule. OptimumOpen → weekly-review-focus.md Scores your week 0-10 per priority against real evidence, drafts your focus file update, then offers at most one skill for next week. MinimumOpen → gmail-weekly-email.md The week's inbox in 4 lists, replies drafted and labeled DRAFT. It never sends, never archives, without your OK per item. OptimumOpen → library-update.md Fetches this page's index, diffs it against your local copy, reports what is new, and never overwrites a skill you edited. MinimumOpen → system-audit.md Full read-only audit: auto-loaded files measured in tokens, every skill and tool tested live, security holes named, top 5 fixes. Run monthly on your strongest model. OptimumOpen → content-audit.md The librarian pass: one honest index per folder, constitution within its token budget, all 5 layers present. Proposes merge/archive/rewrite, changes nothing. MinimumOpen → graduation-check.md The verdict. Scores all 5 layers 0-100 with cited evidence, 3 binary gates, pass at 75 per layer. The format is the contract. Copy the skeleton in SKILL-FORMAT.md, fill the 5 header fields, write the steps to the AI, add one line to your _INDEX.md. A job you have explained twice is a skill waiting to be a file.
