# Skill: gmail-weekly-email

- **Name:** Weekly Email Pass
- **Trigger:** "email pass" or "run my email week"
- **Requires:** Email with read and draft access, for example the Gmail tools · Level: Optimum
- **Output:** The week's inbox sorted into 4 lists: needs reply (ranked), waiting on others, archive candidates, unsubscribe candidates. Plus drafted replies for the top 3, each labeled DRAFT.
- **Safety:** READS everything, SENDS nothing. Ever. Drafts stay drafts until I send them myself or name a specific email and say send; then still wait for OK on the final text. Archiving happens only after I approve the list, per item or with an explicit "OK all". Unclear answer means do nothing and say so.

## Steps

1. Read the last 7 days of my inbox. State the total count first.
2. Sort every thread into exactly four lists:
NEEDS REPLY, a person is waiting on me.
WAITING, I am waiting on someone; note how many days.
ARCHIVE, done, noise, or robot mail with no action in it.
UNSUBSCRIBE, recurring senders I have never replied to or mentioned.
3. Rank NEEDS REPLY by the cost of silence: money first, then deadlines,
then relationships. Say the cost in three or four words per item.
4. Draft replies for the top 3 in NEEDS REPLY. Keep them short. If a
write-in-my-voice skill exists in _INDEX.md, apply it. Label every one
DRAFT at the top. Where you are unsure of a fact, write [CHECK], never
   guess.
5. Present the four lists with counts, then the drafts underneath.
6. Stop and wait for OK. Send an email only when I name it and approve
its final text. Archive only the items I approved. If my answer is
ambiguous, do nothing and ask one clarifying question.

## Example run

Me: email pass

AI:
EMAIL WEEK · 6 to 12 Jul · 132 emails

NEEDS REPLY (4)
1. Marta, proposal terms. Cost of silence: the deal cools.
2. Accountant, VAT question, due Tue.
3. João, intro request from a past client.
4. Conference organizer, speaker slot, deadline Friday.

WAITING (2): hosting support (4 days), print shop quote (2 days).
ARCHIVE (61): receipts, calendar robots, 3 closed threads.
UNSUBSCRIBE (5): 5 newsletters, zero replies from you in 90 days.

DRAFT 1 of 3, to Marta: "Marta, yes to the timeline, one change on
payment terms: 50 percent upfront, rest on delivery. If that works I
will send the final version tomorrow morning." ...

Archive the 61 and draft an unsubscribe pass? Nothing moves without
your OK.

Me: OK all on archive, skip unsubscribe, I will send Marta myself.

AI: Archived 61. Unsubscribe list kept for next week. Marta's draft is
in your Drafts folder, untouched.

## Make it yours

- Add a VIP list: 3 to 5 senders who always rank top of NEEDS REPLY
  no matter what.
- Change the cadence: weekly is the default, twice a week if your inbox
  runs past 300 per week.
- Once you trust it, allow auto-archive for one narrow class only, for
example receipts, and keep everything else gated.
