1Confidentiality. What's shared here stays here โ honest about wins and losses.
2We record the first part. Teaching + check-ins are recorded so anyone who misses can catch up. The Q&A โ the second part โ stays off the record.
3No one gets left behind. We keep moving forward โ and Gianluca and I help you individually, so you never stay stuck.
4Your own project. Each of you builds your thing โ not a copy of mine.
5Show up. Momentum comes from seeing each other move.
6Accountability. Each week you post what you're working on โ so the group can see it and give you feedback.

Who we are

Why now
The shift is happening โ fast
"AI memory"+737%
"Local / own AI"+392%
"Personal AI"+335%
Search interest, last ~2 years (Google Trends). And AI can finally do the work โ
organize your notes & screenshots, draft emails, set your calendar, prep your meetings. Not just chat.
We're at the "1997" of AI. Build the infrastructure you own now โ before the platforms own your context.
What is a second brain?
Not just an AI assistant โ whatever role you need
๐ค AssistantDoes the busywork โ drafts your emails, organizes your notes, preps your meetings.
๐ฏ CoachHolds you to your goals โ nudges you, asks the hard question.
๐ง PartnerThinks with you โ a second mind on every decision.
๐ Board memberSees your whole picture โ advises on the big calls.
One system, many roles โ because it knows your whole world.
One core ยท three layers ยท growing outward
Three layers around one core you own:
Memory (what it knows) ยท Skills (what it does) ยท
Connections (what it's plugged into) โ growing outward over time.
What you'll build on ยท 3 choices
Three layers โ you pick each one
1 ยท Where it lives๐ป Your computer๐ฅ๏ธ Always-on Mac / mini๐ Raspberry Piโ๏ธ Virtual server (Hetzner / Hostinger)
2 ยท The engine (LLM)๐ฃ Claude Code๐ข ChatGPT / Codexโซ Grok
3 ยท How you see it๐ฉ Obsidianโฌ Notion๐ Google Drive๐ฅ๏ธ HTML mission control
Simplest start: your computer + Claude + Obsidian.
Or mix several at once. Claude & ChatGPT (via OAuth) have guardrails on what they'll do; Grok is more open. No wrong choice โ we help you pick. You don't decide today.
What you'll build
Your AI assistant โ built around you
Nobody builds the exact same thing. You build for your reality:
โนFor one โ calls & CRM: who said what, follow-ups, relationships.
โนFor another โ marketing: content, campaigns, in your voice.
โนFor another โ something else entirely: your bottleneck, your edge.
Same foundation. Your use-case.
Where people are
You're closer to the top than you think
Just store notes~most
Power users โ local, AI pluginsa few
Always-on AI second brain โ we're going heretiny
Notion 100M+ users ยท Obsidian ~1.5M โ almost everyone just stores;
the always-on, automating tier is tiny (our estimate, not a census).
If it feels hard, it's because you're at the edge โ no beaten path yet. This cohort is the path.
The one goal
By week 8 โ a system you own
TodayScattered notes ยท rented tools ยท your context living in someone else's model.
โ
Week 8One system ยท your data ยท vendor-lock-free ยท works for business AND life.
Not notes. A working system. Yours.
What this is really about
Not what you might expect
โIt's not a list of instructions to blindly follow.
โIt's not "how to make money," and not "how to build one tool."
โIt is learning to see how others build โ then building something real yourself, and showing it to others.
And it doesn't end at week 8. The community keeps meeting โ long after.
The one mindset shift
Be the owner, not the operator
๐ง Operator
ยทWaits to be told what to do
ยทBuilds exactly what's specified
ยทBlames the tool when it breaks
ยทStops when stuck
โ
๐ Owner
ยทDecides what to build, and why
ยทOwns the result โ wins and misses
ยทFinds a way around the blocker
ยทProtects energy & attention
ยทBuilds an asset, not just output
This shift is what you keep โ long after the tools change.
How we'll work
Build-with-me, not a course
โนYou build YOUR project โ your real use-case, the group around you.
โนEgils & Gianluca help you 1:1 โ we personally sit with each of you, look at your setup and get you moving. No one stays stuck.
โนRadical slowness โ we never go faster than the slowest person in the room.
โนPeers on the same journey โ people you can actually talk to.
โน2 hours live each week โ teaching, then hands-on help.
Your 8-week goal ยท 1 of 2
The one thing that decides if you finish
Talking with many of you 1:1 โ and reading every one of your sign-up forms โ the same word kept coming up: accountability. So we start with a goal.
โนSpecific & measurable. "Do your best" doesn't move you โ "by week 8, ___" does.
โนWritten down, seen by the group. That's what carries you through the empty days.
โนNaming it changes your brain. Put the goal into words and you hand it to the part of you that plans and follows through.
Your 8-week goal ยท 2 of 2
Make your goal measurable
Vague goals don't move you. Name the thing and the number. For example:
๐ฌ "By week 8, my second brain drafts a follow-up email after every sales call and pulls up my notes on each client โ saving me ~5 hours a week."
โฑ๏ธ Time~X hours back every week.
๐ถ MoneyโฌX earned โ or saved.
๐ ๏ธ BuiltThe thing that finally does ____.
We sharpen it together and keep it on the platform โ and at the end, a certificate + a system you can proudly show: "I built my own AI second brain."
The skill we practise every week
Giving feedback
How we help each other move โ on the call, on the platform, in WhatsApp.
Giving feedback ยท 1 of 3
Why it matters
โนIt's a virtue. Giving good feedback builds your character as much as it helps the other person.
โนIt rewires the asker. Put a problem into words โ ask, write, share โ and it moves from the emotional brain to the prefrontal cortex, where it gets sorted. "Name it to tame it."
โนIt rewires the giver too. The ones who ask move forward; the ones who comment sharpen their own thinking.
Three channels: the call ยท the platform ยท WhatsApp โ even an emoji counts.
Giving feedback ยท 2 of 3
How to give it
In the call chat (say who it's for), with a raised hand, or on the platform:
โJohn โ I know a service that does exactly this; for what you're building, worth a test.โ
โJohn โ I ran a local shop and bought a tool like yours: โฌ250 for 3 months. My reason was X, my result was Y. Hope it helps.โ
A real number and a real result beats "nice idea." And tell us how you'd like to give and get feedback โ we'll build it with you.
Giving feedback ยท 3 of 3
The 4-step recipe
1 ยท ๐ค AddressName who it's for.
โ
2 ยท ๐ฌ ExperienceShare from what YOU lived.
โ
3 ยท ๐ฏ Next stepOne concrete thing to try.
โ
4 ยท โค๏ธ LiftEnd with encouragement.
Specific beats clever. Honest beats polished.
Where this is going
This is cohort #1 โ and it grows
โนIt doesn't stop at week 8. We keep meeting โ a living community.
โนMore cohorts join a shared community โ monthly at first, then more often. Plus real-life meetups.
โนYour space stays yours. Your goals, reports and recordings are 100% private to this group โ only the parts where we teach a topic get shared.
โนWhen you're ready, share your project to the wider feed โ and the next cohort's job is to give you feedback, referrals, intros.
A year from now, the biggest win won't be the materials โ it'll be the people.
A bit of fun โ prizes & giveaways
Show up, help out โ win stuff ๐
๐ Demo-day winnerBest build by week 8.
๐ค Most helpfulBest peer feedback in the group.
๐ฒ Weekly rafflePost your check-in โ you're in the draw.
๐ Surprise dropsRandom giveaways along the way.
What exactly? You'll see ๐ โ real prizes and surprise drops throughout the 8 weeks. Just show up and play.

Tell us, briefly:
Who you are
+ what you see yourself building in these 8 weeks
Keep it tight โ you'll have all the time you want in the group. ๐
