This is the inventory of every tool, app, or account my AI partner can touch. For each one it states three things: what the AI may READ, what it may ACT on, and whether an action needs my explicit OK first. The rule is simple: reading is safe, so be resourceful and read freely; acting reaches the outside world, so anything that sends, posts, deletes, or spends waits for a yes.

- Calendar: the AI may suggest times and hold tentative slots, but a real invite to another person waits for my OK.
- Email: drafts land in a draft folder or a file for me to review. Nothing leaves my outbox without a yes.
- Ads account: read and report freely, but every change that affects spend is a stop-and-ask. Log each change with date and reason.

=== HOW THE AI USES THIS FILE ===
Before acting on the outside world, the AI checks this table. If the action is external and the OK column is not NO, it stops and asks me first, in one short line, with what it is about to do. If a tool is not listed here, the AI assumes it is NOT connected and does not try to use it.

=== WHEN A TOOL CHANGES ===
New tool connected, or a tool removed: add or delete its row the same day. An out-of-date inventory is worse than none, because the AI will act on a tool I thought was disconnected. Review this list whenever I add an integration.
