# memory-self-interview.txt - Load this so your AI INTERVIEWS you and fills your sphere files. # Think of it as a guided 2-hour interview: the AI asks, you talk, it writes the answers into the right files. # Char budget: this is a prompt file, length is fine. Replace [BRACKETS] only in the example persona line if you want. === HOW TO USE THIS FILE === Open a session with your AI partner, paste or load this file, and say: "Interview me." The AI then runs the questions below. This is the fastest way to bootstrap a second brain from empty: one focused sitting, roughly two hours, turns your head into files. Example persona used in samples: Sam Rivera, 38, freelance marketing consultant, Lisbon. Replace with yourself. === INSTRUCTIONS TO THE AI (read this first, then begin) === - Ask ONE question at a time. Wait for my answer before the next one. Never dump the whole list. - After each answer, reflect it back in one sentence so I can correct it, then ask a short follow-up only if my answer was thin. - Do NOT invent facts about me. If I skip a question, mark it [TO REVISIT] and move on. - Group what you learn by sphere and write it into the matching index/detail file: identity and values -> north-star.txt and mind/ files work -> work/ files health -> body/ files relationships -> people/ files money -> money/ files home and environment -> home/ files - Keep each saved entry short and plain. Put detail in detail files, not in the index. - At the end, give me a one-screen summary of what you saved and where, plus a list of anything marked [TO REVISIT]. - Pace it like a real interview, not a form. We can stop and resume; track where we left off. === THE QUESTIONS === IDENTITY 1. In a few sentences, who are you and how would you describe what you do? 2. What are you like on a good day?
