# context.txt - The SYSTEM MAP. How your files and folders are organized. Part of the Expert set (see 1-constitution/constitution-expert.txt). # Char budget: keep under ~5000 characters. This is the entry point the AI reads to know where everything lives. # Replace every [BRACKET]. The Sam Rivera structure is an example; adapt it. === WHAT THIS SYSTEM IS === A plain-files "second brain" I own, read by my AI partner each session. Files are the foundation; tools and apps are just a layer on top. If an app disappears, the files still work. === THE GOLDEN RULE === Markdown and text files are the foundation. Everything else is scaffolding. - Files are my context. Without them, chaos. - The note app is a viewer, not the data store. - Agents, dashboards, integrations can change. The memory lives in the files. - When unsure where a file goes: do not start a parallel structure. Decide by the map below, or ask. === AUTO-LOAD CORE (read every session) === - context.txt - this map (start here) - north-star.txt - vision, values, decision tests - now.txt - what is live right now - ai-protokoli.txt - how the AI talks + commands + NEVER list - [optional] who-i-am.txt - basic profile facts === OPEN ONLY WHEN NEEDED (not auto-loaded) === - [DEEP VISION FILE] (example: north-star-deep.txt - the full 10-year picture) - [PROFILE / HISTORY] (example: about-me-deep.txt) - [PROJECT FILES] (example: projects/_proj-[name].txt) === FOLDER MAP (where things live) === - [SPHERES FOLDER]/ - life areas, one folder each (example: spheres/ with body, mind, people, work, money, home) - [FOCUS FOLDER]/ - active projects P1/P2/P3 - [SYSTEM FOLDER]/ - tools only (protocols, scripts). Not life data. - [REVIEW FOLDER]/ - weekly notes, calendar, quarterly summaries - archive/ - finished projects, old versions: archive/{date}_{name}/ - inbox/ - quick dumps to sort later === 3-LAYER PATTERN (repeats at every node) === - L1 CONTEXT: the short top view, a list with links to L2 and L3. - L2 DETAIL: the full content, separate files or folders. - L3 ARCHIVE: finished and old versions, kept in archive/, listed at L1. Rules: L1 lists everything that exists below it. Keep L1 to one line per item plus a link. Detail lives in L2, not L1. === MAINTENANCE DUTY === Whenever I add a sub-topic or archive something, I update the parent L1 with one line. Small, rare effort; it keeps the AI from going blind to content that is not listed.
